Everest Tour Nepal Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. respects the trust you place in us when you plan a journey. This page explains, in plain language, what we do with the information you share.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel dates, group size and trip preferences. We do not collect payment card details through this website.

How we use it

Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare itineraries and proposals you have asked for, and arrange the services connected to your journey — permits, accommodation, guides and transport. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Where a journey requires it, we share the minimum necessary details with service partners: airlines, helicopter operators, lodges, permit offices and licensed guides. Government permit applications in Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet and India require passport details, which we request only once a booking is confirmed.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up the conversation where it left off. You may ask us to delete your details at any time by writing to us.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond promptly. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
