Bookings & confirmation

A journey is confirmed when we have agreed the itinerary in writing and any agreed deposit has been received. The written proposal you confirm — not this website — defines what is included and excluded in your journey.

Prices

Prices shown on this website are indicative guide prices per person and vary with season, group size, accommodation choice and transport availability. The exact price is confirmed in writing before you book. Government fee or permit changes beyond our control may be passed on at cost.

Payments & cancellation

Deposit, balance and cancellation terms are stated in each written proposal, and depend on the services involved — flights, helicopters and restricted-area permits carry their suppliers' own conditions. We always aim to recover and refund whatever suppliers allow.

Weather, safety & itinerary changes

Mountain travel depends on weather, flight conditions and your wellbeing at altitude. Our guides may adjust or reverse an itinerary where safety requires it; helicopter and fixed-wing services operate at the operator's discretion. Where a change adds or saves cost, we account for it transparently.

Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance — including helicopter evacuation and treatment at your journey's maximum altitude — is a condition of joining any trek, climb or expedition. We will ask for your policy details before departure.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, for valid travel documents, and for an honest account of your fitness and experience — it is what we plan your acclimatisation around.

Governing law

These terms and any booking are governed by the laws of Nepal. We will always try to resolve any concern directly and promptly first.
