Overview

Nepal holds one third of the entire Himalaya in a country you can cross in a single day's flight — eight of the world's ten highest mountains including Mount Everest, Kali Gandaki-the deepest gorge on earth, and altitudes that climb from 65 m to 8,848 m within 150 km. No landscape on the planet rises faster, and none rewards slow travel more.

But the mountains are only half the story. Between the peaks live the Sherpa, Tamang, Gurung and Newar peoples — the trails pass through their villages, monasteries and festival celebrations, and every journey we run is guided by people who grew up on them. This is our home ground, we know better how to help you explore more.

Khumbu — Everest

Home of Mt. Everest, Everest Base Camp and the high-passes treks — reached through the famously dramatic Lukla airport. Yaks on the trail, Sherpa villages and their living traditions, the monastery at Tengboche, and pine forest giving way to glacier all the way up.
